IAN GARFINKEL
Chief Human Performance Architect
The Testimony
Two years ago, Ian fully surrendered his life to Jesus Christ after years of living as an atheist searching through hedonism, broken beliefs, and deep internal suffering that ultimately led to a suicide attempt. At the lowest point of his life, he encountered the grace of Jesus Christ, and that moment radically transformed the direction of his life forever.
Since then, Ian has made it his mission to impact every man, woman, and child he comes into contact with — sharing the Gospel while helping people break destructive patterns, rewire the way they think, and reconstruct their identity through truth, discipline, and spiritual renewal.
"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come."
2 Corinthians 5:17
The Work
01
Ian's work began as an executive function coach helping children, teenagers, and young adults struggling with ADHD, behavioral dysregulation, and self-destructive cycles. Over time, that work evolved into deeper cognitive and dialectical restructuring — helping individuals rebuild beliefs, behaviors, nervous system patterns, and identity at the root level.
02
Today, Ian brings those same principles into multi-billion dollar firms and high-pressure environments as a Chief Human Performance Architect, helping high-level executives and leadership teams improve communication, decision-making, emotional regulation, and performance under pressure to maximize operational output and company growth.
03
Through these men's retreats, Ian combines wilderness, brotherhood, scripture, discipline, and deep internal work to help men reconnect to God, confront the patterns that are destroying them, and become the men they were called to be.
The Mission
Ian's mission is to impact every man, woman, and child he comes into contact with by sharing the Gospel while helping people break destructive patterns, rewire the way they think, and reconstruct their identity through truth, discipline, and spiritual renewal.
Whether in a boardroom or around a campfire in the wilderness, the work is the same — helping people become who God created them to be.
